Matrimony Portals common issues
In our Brahmin Matrimony portal, you may face some technical issues. Some of such issues are defined and possible solutions are described for your convenience.
During brides or grooms search, Why i am seeing same users without any updated users?
This is a common issue you may face in Android mobile phones, desktop and laptop. There are two reasons. One is issues due to our security system and another is user browser.
Issues Due to our Matrimony Security system
This happens often as our portals are with cloudflare security which has some automatic intelligence. We were forced to implement this to safeguard our user data and information from hackers and attackers from external sources of internet. So generally cloudflare system use to cache all pages of our websites and it use to deliver same pages of profiles some time while you browse. To avoid this we use to maintain the site regularly by purging the cache to provide fresh profiles and information. As a user of our portal you don’t have any job to attempt.
Issues due to your Browsers:
While you are using your browsers in your phone, desktop PC or laptop it use to create a history of your usage. You may need to clear this often when you need a fresh information of any website [Not only our matrimony sites] So to keep clean your browser, you shall attempt often to clear the browsing history as below.
If you are using Mobile phone:
In the Chrome browser app in your mobile
At the top right, you can find 3 dots like ⋮ tap it.
Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
Please UNTICK password and Autofill form data section and then
Tap Clear data.
If you are using Desktop PC or Laptops
In Chrome On your computer,
open Chrome browser
At the top right, you can find 3 dots like ⋮ tap it.
Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range.
To delete everything, select All time.
Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
Please UNTICK password and Autofill form data section and then
Click Clear data.
New information may be added here when such questions are raised by the users.
